COVID Safe Practices at Spinal Care

We are ensuring that all patients feel safe when entering our clinic amidst the pandemic. We are practicing safety and hygiene from the moment you enter the clinic to when you receive your treatment and when you leave the clinic.

There is a mandatory temperature check by the receptionist when you enter the clinic. We have marked with green stickers a safety distance marking to maintain social distancing of 1.5 m. All practitioners and staff will be wearing masking to ensure you feel safe and comfortable.

All new patients must wear a mask as our initial consultation goes for more than 30 mins. We notify all new patients through email and or phone to bring a mask. If you do not have a mask or forget to bring a mask you are able to purchase one at the clinic.

Hand sanitizers will be readily available at the front desk, waiting room and all treatment rooms. Please ensure to freely use them the moment you arrive at the clinic and when you leave.

For the safety and to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic we have a mandatory cleaning checklist which includes:

  • Sterilising treatment beds, door handles with Viraclean

  • Dusting and cleaning shelfs, equipment

  • Spraying Glen20 after every treatment

  • Sterilising eftpos machine, pens, all surfaces, clipboards etc.

  • Vacuuming and dusting in waiting room and all treatment rooms everyday

All treatment rooms are cleaned and sterilized after each and every patient. Chairs in the waiting room have been separated to maintain safe distance.
